It's the qualification badge for Bergführer [mountain guides] of the Waffen-SS. (Or, more precisely, a fake of that badge.)

I supposed... :D Thanks for the info.

Best

Yes, unfortunately a fake of a very rare SS Bergfuhrer sleeve patch.

Are Spanish decorations ; I can recognice a Red Military Merit Cross ( In the middle ), and a Spanish Civil War Campaign Medal ( Below at right )
Maybe a Individual Military Merit Medal is worn ( Above ), additional awards denoted by golden clasps with relevant inscription.

It's the Kriegerehrenzeichen in Eisen of the Grand Duchy of Hessen.

Hi, correct me if I'm mistaken, but is that two EK1 on the uniform of Generalleutnant Adolf Hamann? Because if it's yes, so that's quite strange, because he already has an EK1 spange in the pic.

The cross top left is definitely a 1914 EK I; the one worn in the center is most likely the Militär-Verdienstkreuz 1. Klasse [Military Merit Cross 1st Class] of the Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Schwerin, which was of somewhat similiar design:

https://www.ehrenzeichen-orden.de/deuts ... -1351.html

(Although I don't have a list of Hamann's decoration, this one is certainly plausible, too, as Hamann was from Mecklenburg-Schwerin.)
