I am not sure if this is a PlM-holder - does anyone recognize him? It was taken at a meeting of Westfälisches Dragoner-Regiment Nr.7 in the 1930´s in Saarbrücken.

I am not sure if this is a PlM-holder - does anyone recognize him? It was taken at a meeting of Westfälisches Dragoner-Regiment Nr.7 in the 1930´s in Saarbrücken.

I should think it is a Johanniter Order. His decorations are not explicitly clear in this shot, but I seem to be able to make out a Mecklenburg Military Merit Cross and a Bavarian Military Merit Order. That being said, I would take a stab at Major (E) Harry von Müller, head of the remount office in Breithülen and former Rittmeister in DR 7 and awarded the Johanniter Order in 1919.
