Nobody for may last images ?

Well, here another image from Ebay
According to photo caption 10.5cm gun but I think that the breech is of an 12.7cm SK C34 gun.
If this is correct I suppose the ship is Leopard or Luchs Torpedoboot....

Hello Sturm78,
# 1081 Bismark gun plattform
# 1082 one of the many 8,8 cm , noticed the photo caption
# 1083 10,5 cm SKC/28 notice the complete round , the 12,7 cm SKC/34
has separate loading . But the 10,5 cm SKC/28 and 12,7 cm SKC/34 looks
very smilar from behind .

Hi all,

Here, another image from Ansaldo archive
027570-.jpg
027570-.jpg (173.98 KiB) Viewed 1683 times
According to photo caption it is an 120mm L50 but I think that perhaps of a different model than previous images...Any idea ?

Sturm78
Hi Sturm and all, I answer this post with my hypothesis and two photos from FondazioneAnsaldo site : the carriage and the complete gun without shield.
041473 Ansaldo 120-50 culla e piattaforma non motorizzato.jpg
027219 Ansaldo 120-50 singolo a piattaforma, non motorizzato .jpg

My guess is that it is the 120/50 cannon that Ansaldo produced in 1931/32 for the Turkish Adatepe-Kocatepe class destroyers (2 ships, 4 single pieces per ship). Ansaldo did not make another 120/50 singles until 1939/40, and that was a motorized gun (Ans.'40, as fifth gun for some Regia Marina destroyer).

But the photos I found of the ships are unclear and the shield looks slightly different. So I ask for help to find more detailed photos of the cannons on the two ships .

Thanks for your answer, shultz

I found on Reddit this image of a Turkish destroyer. Unfortunately, the details of the guns are not very clear

Well, Sturm, in this photo you can clearly see the shape of the shields, which is very similar to that of the shields of the 120/50 Ansaldo 1926 twin guns of Italian Navigatori class destroyers. And then you can glimpse the inside of tower 3 and you can recognize a platform mount and not a pedestal mount.
So like that of our photographs.

Hello Jo

Look like this a Carl Zeiss-Dresda Z.Schr.E.C/6. for the 10.5 cm S.K.C/32, maybe it was also used on other guns ??
