Dear friends. I looked through the lists of Czechoslovak military pensioners from 1923-1933. I found a number of generals we need, where there is no year of death, that means they were alive for 1933, the date of death means that further this general dropped out of the lists of military pensioners. Also put down their home addresses.

Billig, Carl (28.10.1851 - ... ) Graz, Herandgasse 9. 1933
Brandstetter, Franz (3.4.1858 - ... ) Liberec, Liebigova 8 1933
Kneifel Edler von Podberecz, Ludwig (2.2.1862 - 1928) Mor. Krumlov. Mas n.
Krehan, Joseph Edler von (9.10.1862 - ... ) Kadaň 1933
Kunz, Alexander (24.2.1858 - ... ) Radošvice 185 u Říčan. 1933
Linhart, Johann (27.12.1854 - ... ) Brno. Kapucínské nám. 2—4. 1933
Pachner von Zobor, Konstantin (1842 - 1923) Bratislava
Pluhard von Ulogponte, Robert (1860 - ... ) Opava. Olomoucká 59. 1933
Reichenauer, Wilhelm (1859 - 1926) Jablonec. Vídeňská 407
Skoták Edler von Dunavac, Franz (1864 - 1925) Trenčín. Teplice.

Vacek von Strakov, Alois (14.9.1853 - ... ) Wien, Paffrathg. 3. 1933
Walter, Karl (1860 - ... ) Wien, Nussdorferstr. 67. 1933

I am afraid this is not correct. There is a Generalmajor Karl Walter living in Nussdorferstrasse 67 as late as in 1940 (see: https://www.digital.wienbibliothek.at/p ... iew/255751, 3rd name on the 3rd column). The Karl Walter that was buried on 1.12.1933 had died a few days before, but he was not the Generalmajor.

By the way, Karl Walter was born on 13.5.1857 in Linz.

Thank you so much, JakeV.
Judging by, Reichenauer, Wilhelm (Dittersbach bei Friedland/Böhmen, 27.2.1859 – 23.3.1926, Jablonec nad Nisou/CSR) the years of death of these generals that I found:
Kneifel Edler von Podberecz, Ludwig (2.2.1862 - 1928)
Pachner von Zobor, Konstantin (1842 - 1923)
Skoták Edler von Dunavac, Franz (1864 - 1925)
Tuma Edler von Mszanatal, Josef (1861 - 1925)
proved to be true. Still to find their more exact dates.
JakeV, тhanks again. And I hope for a speedy continuation.
My regards.

I can't really say whether they are correct. I could verify Reichenauer by myself, but as for the others – Pachner and Skotak lived in Slovakia (notoriously difficult to find genealogical information!) As for the others, I couldn't find a death entry neither for Kneifel in Moravsky Krumlov, nor for Tuma in Vinohrady. So, I cannot really answer with certainty.

I found two generals, changing their name in the search engines from Julius to Gyula.

Pinter, Julius (31.10.1852 - 1955) very ambiguous, although he could live 103 years. No other data. http://www.zounuk.hu/hu/wiki/pinter-gyu ... la-szolnok
Schnörch von Monostor, Julius (1850 - 1922) that's for sure, although the lack of exact dates is depressing. http://www.akuff.org/bote/31_Bote.pdf

Someone can tell more resources on the cemeteries of the old Austria-Hungary. I know only Vienna, https://www.friedhoefewien.at/eportal3/ and Zagreb https://www.gradskagroblja.hr/trazilica-pokojnika/15

My regards.

Pinter was indeed Generalkonsul and after the First World War lived in Varaždin. According to a report, he died around 1935.

Wrong! Correct is:

Klein, Rudolf (Rimitz bei Holleschau/Mähren, 20.3.1863 - 3.8.1928, Hadersdorf-Weidlingau bei Wien, Suizid)

Although mentioned as "Oberst" in the death entry, I think he might be the one - I see this happened with officers that got a promotion at the time of Austria-Hungary's disintegration. The birth year certainly fits.

Here are my additions to generals with uncertain birth dates. I have to add that, in general, those found in the Verstorbenensuche Wien had wrong death dates, because the Bestattungsdatum (burial date) is pretty much never identical to the actual death date (Todesdatum).

Dalmata von Hideghét, Ottokar (16.2.1846 - 14.2.1924, Maribor)
Koreska von Szalocza, Wilhelm (Rimaszombaton/Ungarn, 24.2.1855 - 29.12.1916, Szalocza)
Kozma von Levéld, Franz (Marcali/Ungarn, 26.2.1857 - 4.5.1937, Budapest)
Kriesch, Konrad (Podersam, 26.11.1854 - 27.6.1919)
Kubesch Edler von Straßwehr, Ottokar (Pola, 25.3.1856 - 15.2.1937, Graz)
List, Emil (Wien, 10.1.1856 - 28.2.1939, Wien)
Matašić Anton (Kompolje/Kroatien, 9.6.1862 – 24.6.1942, Zagreb)
Mikowetz von Minkewitz, Adalbert Ritter (Ronsperg/Böhmen, 20.8.1856 - 14.4.1923, Wien, Suizid)
Niemilowicz, Karl (Krakau, 12.10.1857 - 22.2.1946, Kalksburg bei Wien)
Putzker, Karl (Horitz/Böhmen, 17.6.1841 - 3.6.1926, Brno)
Smrček, Johann (Josefstadt/Böhmen, 07.04.1863 - 10.6.1933, Prag)
Steindler von Julheim, Edmund (Rothkosteletz/Böhmen, 4.8.1857 - 17.3.1929, Wiesbaden)
Tanárky, Béla (Nagykőrös/Ungarn, 3.3.1860 - 4.6.1917, Kronstadt/Siebenbürgen)
Terboglaw, Ernst Edler von (Scardona/Dalmatien, 20.10.1856 - 6.12.1931, Innsbruck)
Thalhammer von Felseichen, Heinrich (Wien, 6.11.1853 - 10.2.1924, Gut Schlossberg bei Waldhausen im Strudengau/OÖ), 6.6.1918 Tit.-GM
Tscherne, Viktor (Gottschee/Krain, 4.9.1855 - 2.6.1923, Wien), 11.11.1912 Tit.-GM
