Raúl that looks to me to be the same insignia worn on the various conversions done by Becker on British Light Tanks and Carriers. They were used by 227 Infanterie Division in Russia.

Unless Lexikon der Wehrmacht is wrong, that unit wasn't formed until December 1944 which makes the chances of it having a panzergrey vehicle quit small. What does your source give as its date of formation ?
