Yes it is Zis-5 in Finnish service. My info on the photo says the cab is from a Volvo but I haven't been able to ID what model. Max's observation that it looked like a Graf & Stift cab is interesting because there are many similarities.

When this truck was in Finish service, then the cab of a Sisu type S 22 could fit. Here a pic of this vehicle.
