Is this photo was taken on 03.04.1941, Thursday, during the short 1 day visit of Walther von Brauchitsch in Sofia?

Yes and more specifically in front of the World War I Fallen Memorial, which used to be in the barracks area, where currently the National Palace of Culture Park is. There used to be 3 large walls with names and a lion sculpture. One of the walls was destroyed during the allied bombings in 1944, the rest of the memorial was dismantled during the construction of the National Palace of Culture in 1981 and another monument "1300 years Bulgaria" was built close by. After the 1989, there is an ongoing debate whether the Memorial should be rebuilt and where. Finally a decision was made that the monument 1300 years Bulgaria, which in the meantime was becoming dangerous, should be dismantled and the Memorial rebuilt. Currently however just the Lion sculpture has been restored.

An aerial picture of the memorial complex made in the 50s can be seen here:

The memorial walls can be seen on the left.

And what's a name of Bulgarian generals?

Obviously the right one is Lieutenant General Nikola Hadzhipetkov, as mentioned and described above (he has a specific nose and is easy to identify). The left one I can not identify from this photo - do you have a better image of it?

I must admit I am a bit perplexed. The above reads like a perfectly sound opinion, but it does not make any sense to me.
Could you please indicate what post you are referring to?

Hello.
Not close to the discussion topic. I could not find biographies, directory, or site of the generals of the Bulgarian People's Army 1946-1990. Interestingly, even if there is something on this issue.
Best regards

The middle one is then Major General Dimitar Ayryanov - commander of the Royal Bulgarian Air Force at that time:

The other two are also from the Air Force, but I would check if I can recognize them based on the photoes I have at home.

There is none. Information on the Bulgarian People's Army 1946-1990 is very sparse. However at the end of the last year a semi-official History of the Bulgarian Land Forces Vol. 3 appeared, which deals with the period. There are some photoes throughout and lists of the commanders of the major units at the end. You can find the text in Bulgarian (PDF) here:

There is now something to start from in search of biographies of the generals of the People’s Army of Bulgaria. A very useful book!
It’s good to find the same ones for the Navy and Air Force. In general, I believe that the People's Army of Bulgaria 1946-1990 was the strongest in the history of the country.

You may want to try this book as well:

It has the bios of the generals in the artillery and rocket forces for the period.

Can someone please provide the precise dates of command held by General Nikola Zhekov during 1914 - 1915:

1914 - May 1915: Deputy Chief of the Army General Staff
May 1915 - 6 Jul 1915: Commander, 8th Infantry Division

Thanks,

AJK
