Hello, Michal
He's not a "Prinz Eugen" (nor an SS) officer. Please see viewtopic.php?f=38&t=223678
Cheers,
Ivan

Could be Wissembourg in Alsace. Townhall and square fit.steve248 wrote: ↑27 Aug 2020, 16:00I came across this photo in a file at UK National Archives in which British investigators were examining the murder of a shotdown flyer at Wissenbourg in 1944.
The SS officer in the centre is alleged to be a SS-Hstuf. and Stapoleiter Wissenbourg named "Haeuse". There is no identification of the others in the photo or even the location of the photo.
Any ideas on identification, please?

Unb SS-Ustuf Lett o Est_b.png
SS-Ustuf. either from Latvija or Estonia
Unb SS-Ostuf_b.png
SS-Ostuf. from Panzerunit not known wich
Unb SS-Hstuf Finnland_B.png
The file say SS-Hstuf. but most probably an SS-Ustuf. and from Finnland or attached to that unit.
Unb SS-Hstuf_b.png
SS-Hstuf. probably but just a guess, attached to the SS-Freiw.Finnische Btl.
Finnish SS-Ustuf _b.png
SS-Ustuf. most probably a Finnisch SS-Ustuf.
SS-Hstuf. is Yrjö Kaila (1912-2003), a Finnish officer (major) who volunteered first in the Spanish civil war on Falangist side and then served in Wiking in 1941-1942.
