Funny, but it looks like that page does mention Mark IVA C.S.

Sorry, I see what you were saying now. No, IIRC only the three prototypes and 65 Cruiser Tank Mark III (A.13 Mark I) were completed. I do not believe a C/S version was built, but it was for the Cruiser Tank Mark IV (A.12 Mark II).
On real history was make
3 A13 prototypes
65 A13 Mk.i Cruiser tank iii
64 A13 Mk.ii Cruiser tank iv
206 A13 Mk.iia Cruiser tank iva

On total 338 A13 tanks 0 was close support version. Not 3 inch not 3.7 inch.
