Re: Unit emblems identification help
Hello Kevin
The troop emblem belongs to Police Battalion 311 from Jena.
It shows the dragon from Coat of arms of the city.

The 46th Infantry Division had a jumping buck but those look more like goats to me.

Re: Unit emblems identification help
Thanks for your replies, unless it's drawn badly, I find the horns don't look like a deer. More like a goat. I found this image of the emblem of the cologne football club, I find it very similar. I thought that the unit could come from Cologne, but there is no connection, the emblem of the football club dates from 1950, a goat was given to the club.

Re: Unit emblems identification help
I have tried several times to Identify this vehicle but have not yet come up with the type. I strongly believe it is French in origin. It is also possible that the vehicle was recently captured and impressed into Wehrmacht service. It is then possible that the "goat" markings are of a French/Belgian unit since they are somewhat un-German in their display on the vehicle.
Fairly speculative but haven't come up with anything better yet.
