It is ca. 6 m high and obviously had an observation purpose. Some more views:
Note that every piece of metal (various rails and beams in this case) was used to make a ceiling:

Thank you very much Eugenius , great pictures

Thank you, jopaerya! I just try to show to the people outside Russia what we have here in terms of German wartime objects. I fully understand it is difficult for you to see those objects with your own eyes. Additionally, it's a kind of my response gratitude to many people here who replied my questions and helped me a lot.
OK, the remainder would be quite short. Most of other objects are standard ca. 6 x 3 m shelters/pillboxes with 1 - 2 embrasures - the most typical German bunkers on the Eastern front. Most of them are now buried and/or filled with water. Here are some examples:

Some more:

57.89254, 28.33464
57.88663, 28.36094
I never saw any original picture of the Germans building those standard bunkers, neither any drawing of this. Please, share if you have such ones. I guess this was a kind of a standard construction.
Well, those were the pictures of objects I know in Pskov region. Surely there are more of them, but as far as I know, most of other objects are similar to those I posted. Anyway, I did not see them yet.
I hope to continue with much more variable objects from Leningrad region, but I'm not sure: would posting of so many pictures violate the forum's rules?

Great pictures!
"... Most of other objects are standard ca. 6 x 3 m shelters/pillboxes with 1 - 2 embrasures..." - do you have a plan of this one?

Re: German shelters in Pskov region, Russia - a Regelbau type?
Isn't it similar to one of pictures above?
Re: German shelters in Pskov region, Russia - a Regelbau type?
yes, the general design looks to be the same, but some elements differ. For example, the one I pictured had no any wooden top storey as you may see the concrete roof with no any hatchway. Floors were made with wood, not concrete, embrasures were located on top floor etc.
Re: German shelters in Pskov region, Russia - a Regelbau type?
But this is not in Pskov region, but in Leningrad region, at 59.74054, 30.27664. Hope I will continue with those objects too.
Re: German shelters in Pskov region, Russia - a Regelbau type?
I ment the one below; it seems to me, that they are a bit similar to german bunkers from ww1
Re: German shelters in Pskov region, Russia - a Regelbau type?
Yes, but the drawing you posted reflects exactly the sample I pictured in Leningrad region at 59.74054, 30.27664. The one you meant is smaller and has only one observation embrasur. Surely the Germans built similar observation posts during WWI as well - I saw quite a number of them mainly in Belarus.
