It's a Sprengboje D (ie sweep-obstruction, placed in front of the minelines to destroy the enemy's mechanical sweepwire/-cutters).

Based on the two round access plates the lifting rings on the top, and the upper and lower straight horns my best guess would be a UMB line. Note that the dragline may or may not be present however in the condition shown by the pic would be unlikely to be visible. See pic. Source id is Deutche Minenraumdienstvorschrift Nr 13.

I think probably that mines are of German origin. Any idea ?

What kind of sea mine is it? A German mine from WW1?

German Type II C/12 mine from WW1.

It was renamed EMA or EMB according to configuration (ie Einheitsmine Typ A / B) by Kriegsmarine up to and including their brief use in WW2. It was the most common german mine used in WW1.
The EMA and EMB was identical in apparance, but had different chargeweight (150kg for A and 220kg for B) and lenght of anchorwire (100m for A and 150m for B).
