Yes, R4M rockets pod was later made in wood due
to lack of raw materials.

Even so, nice job on the 55mm rockets. I have heard that they had the same balistic arc that the 30mm cannons did. Now THAT's some serious firepower!

Me 262 firepower equivalent to the impact of 43.5 kg. of explosives in 3 seconds...

The Ju 88 was moved to Cosford in 2017 (photo taken in 2019). The story of deserting on 9 May 1943 is told in detail in the pdf link below.
