Duel in the Mist 2
are there any plans to reprint this? Rare copies are now going for exorbitant prices.

And every person who did a Google to find the current price just raised it further.

Duel in the Mist 2 was available for rather low price $30-40 for quite some time. Anyone who wanted it probably have it by now

Not neccessarily. Demand generally always exceeds supply in this specialized area of history and small print run books. I was a book dealer for over 20 years and out of print books still sold briskly when I could secure stock. There are always new players getting into the game who never knew certain books existed and when they do - they are out of print. Guaranteed there are dozens out there who want this book but just don't know it yet.

Re: Duel in the Mist 2
Last I checked I saw a price quote of $250- $700! Anyone who has this could make a tidy profit.
It's too bad as the subject matter in #2 is of more interest than #3. (I have #1, which focuses on the advance).

If you want to know the 'real' value of an old book contact your preferred Book dealer and tell him you have one for sale.

Or list it on eBay. Preferred book dealers often using eBay themselves to sell it to the actual customer
