Judging from their size, they are SC 250. Another clue can be suspension lugs mounted on their noses and He 111 in the background - the largest bombs that could be carried vertically by German aircraft (e.g. by the He 111) were of the 250 kg class.I am not sure if SC250 or SC500....

BUT - I've also seen photos of 500 kg bombs with suspension lugs on their noses - but I just think, they were mounted this way for e.g. towing the bombs on the ground.
Small comparison of some German bombs. Please note, some of the bombs lack proper markings, while the SC 500 J Trialen carries an C 500 L marking by mistake.

They are SD 500 (with no additional letter), filled with Amatol 60/40 (HE code 102) and equipped with ElAZ (25A) fuzes.
