Rudolf Otto Bröse (03.05.1897 in Silno) sentenced to death 14.07.1949 in Torun (commuted to 15 years imprisonment)
accused of contributing to the arrest of Wacław Araczewski, Helena Araczewski and Jan Araczewski in 1940 in Toruń and Warsaw, as well as the fact that in 1939-1942 he belonged to the SS and Gestapo

Otto Lau (28.09.1904 in Oberforst) sentenced to death 28.12.1948 in Torun (commuted to 15 years imprisonment)
belonging to Selbstschutz in the fall of 1939 in Łubianka during the German occupation, then to the SS, and took part in the persecution of the Polish population, participated in the arrests and beatings of Poles

Hubert Scholz (28.05.1899 in ?) sentenced to death 1948 or 1949 in Torun
Scholtz, who prior to the outbreak of the war pretended to be an earnest Pole, revealed himself to be a rabid Pole-hater from the first days of the occupation. He contributed, amongst other things, to the murder of the family of Torun lawyer Ossowski by the gestapo. As a result of his denunciations, cpt Reder and mjr Czaczko-Ruminski also died.

I think they were sentenced in Poland but I am not for 100% sure.

Julius Omenzetter (02.08.1909) sentenced to 12 years imprisonment 1946 in Grudziadz
(from 1940 he belonged to the SA in the town of Szynwałd, took part in bringing Poles to German gendarmerie posts)

What was the sentence of

Rudolf Hagemeister (14.01.1885) member of the NSDAP and head of a labor camp for Poles in Slupsk, he participated in the murder of the workers imprisoned there by handing them over to into the hands of the German police, and tormented them physically and mentally.
Trial 23 – 27.02.1946 in Slupsk

Friedrich Hermann Braun (15.11.1888) member of SA
maltreated Polish workers and prisoners.
Trial 19.02.1946 in Koszalin

On 16.02.1947 Johann Groegel, another Nazi war criminal, responsible for mass-murder of 3,000 Jews in Zolkiew, was recognized in Jawor, Silesia, where he was living in luxury on money and valuables looted from Jews. He is now awaiting trial in a Polish court.

The medical opinion of the doctor – a German, who released sick people from work, he did not consider authoritative and therefore, there were occurrences of death at work of the prisoners, Berger punished frequently with a whipping and in wintertime he tore off their rags and ordered them to stand naked in the freezing cold for up to two hours. He beat prisoners with a baton and a stick, hurled foul abuse at them and at the same time carried a bunch of keys at all times with which he beat prisoners over the head.

Otto Bruno Berndt (05.04.1914 in Wrzeszcz) sentenced to death 23.02.1949 in Gdansk (released 16.05.1955) accused of acting for the benefit of the German state authorities in the period from September 7, 1939 to 1942 in Kościerzyna, participating in arrests and indicating Poles, some of whom were murdered or imprisoned in concentration camps, and he insulted the national dignity of Poles by pushing them off the sidewalks and using the term "Polish pigs" for them

Emil Blech (26.03.1908 in Korzysciz) sentenced to death 19.05.1947 in Lodz (died 11.09.1947 in Kutno (before execution)) as a member of the S.A., acted to the detriment of Poles. On a long list of crimes put to the accused and proven during his trial, are the names of Poles he handed over to the occupier under the charge of distributing underground press, carrying on illegal trade etc. Furthermore, Blech took an active part in round-ups organised by the occupier in the Kutno area

Ernst Boehlke (22.01.1906 in Niemczynek) sentenced to death 18.09.1946 in Torun (commuted to 15 years imprisonment, died 19.11.1948 in Nowogard prison) for membership in the SA and participation in the displacement and abuse of the Polish population in Kunów, poviat Wyrzyski, during the Nazi occupation, accused of having belonged to the Nazi armed formation of the SS and the NSDAP party during the German occupation in Kunowo, and participated in the displacement of the Polish population

Otto Brahm (22.01.1900 in Duze Balowko) sentenced to death 15.06.1946 in Torun (commuted to life imprisonment, died 05.08.1947 in Sztum prison) accused of belonging to the Nazi organization Selbstschutz during the German occupation in Bratian and taking part in the arrests and expulsions of people of Polish nationality

Max Gustav Bretzing (15.07.1904 in Gollub) sentenced to death 09.10.1945 in Torun (commuted to 15 years imprisonment 15.10.1945 in Torun, released 20.11.1952) accused of having in 1940-1944 in the district Wąbrzeski, as a member of the NSDAP and Stadtwache, took part in the raids of the German police for prisoners of war and partisans hiding in the forest, in March 1942 in Golub he took part in the commission qualifying Poles to be entered on the German nationality list

Michael Dyngler (13 08.1923 in Śmiłowice) sentenced to death 15.07.1946 in Torun (commuted to 15 years imprisonment 10.08.1946, released 25.05.1956) accused of being a member of the SA during the German occupation in the town of Kowal, and being an employee of the Arbeitsamt (Labor Office), he took part in the arrest and physical torment of people assigned to go to forced labor to Germany

Wilhelm Giselle (08.05.1891 in Lubiaszow) sentenced to death 30.08.1945 in Lodz (commuted to to 10 years imprisonment 05.10.1945, suicide 06.10.1945 in prison) for belonging to the SA and participating in round-ups on Poles

Ewald Hajduk (23.08.1907 in Beuthen) sentenced to death 14.03.1950 in Krakow (commuted to 15 years imprisonment, died 07.05.1951 in Krakow prison) for belonging to the Nazi SA and NSDAP in Rudawa , belonging to the assault units of the NSDAP (SA), murdering and cooperation with the Germans during the occupation

August Hamann (16.04.1904 in Brzesce) sentenced to death 19.10.1949 in Szczecin (executed 11.12.1950 in Szczecin) collaborated with the occupant, participated in the murder of Jews and the requisition of Poles' property

Kurt Häberle (24.02.1910 in Brzyskorystew) sentenced to death (executed 18.09.1946) accused of the fact that during the German occupation in the town of Gołoty he belonged to the Nazi armed formation of the SS, he was a politischer Leiter in the NSDAP and the village leader of the village of Gołoty, used physical pressure and forced people of Polish nationality to sign a German nationality list and abused persons of Polish nationality

Gustav Hinz (28.09.1909 in Blechowo) sentenced to death 24.05.1946 in Torun (commuted to 15 years imprisonment 13.06.1946, died 11.09.1947 in Sztum prison) accused of being a member of the SS in Biechowo during the German occupation, in 1939 he indicated to the German authorities the hiding places of Polish Army soldiers

Walter Jahnke (10.09.1898 in Kaliska) sentenced to death 05.06.1946 in Gdansk (commuted to life imprisonment 26.06.1946, died 04.06.1950 in Sztum prison) accused of the fact that in the period from September 1939 to the beginning of 1945 in the village of Kaliska, poviat Kościerzyna and in other towns of this poviat belonged to the SA organization, he removed Polish residents from their estates, participated in raids on partisans, reported to the German gendarmerie a Pole that he was in contact with partisans, as well as insulting and forbidding Polish people from using their mother tongue

Gustav Kramer (06.12.1911 in Imielnica) sentenced to death 24.09.1947 in Plock (executed 11.05.1948 in Warsaw) during the Nazi occupation, a member of the NSDAP (function: Politischer Leiter), accused of acting to the detriment of Polish and Jewish civilians in Gąbin in the years 1939-1945, among others in 1941, he participated in the capture of 80 Poles, 10 of whom were publicly executed and the rest were sent to a concentration camp, moreover, he participated in round-ups of Poles for forced labour in Germany and deportation of the Jewish population to concentration camps

Wilhelm Krause (02.06.1911 in Karbow) sentenced to death 22.10.1945 in Brodnica (executed 22.02.1946 in Wejherowo) who dwelt on the village of Karbowa, in the Brodnica district. Wilhelm Krause, after the German invasion of Poland, joined SS and committed heinous crimes against the local population, arrested innocent people and handed them over to German gendarmerie, accused of the fact that in 1939 in the district of Brodnica, abused and participated in the arrests of people of Polish nationality

August Krege (17.09.1897 in Grabow) sentenced to death 14.06.1946 in Lublin (escaped from prison 11.09.1947) accused of belonging to the SA, cooperating with the fascist authorities, denounced Poles, declared his belonging to the German nation, acted to the detriment of the Polish State and the civilian population in Nowe Miasto, Radom during the German occupation

Reinhold Lucht (21.04.1887 in Ustronie) sentenced to death 16.06.1947 in Koszalin (commuted to life imprisonment, died 08.06.1949 in Nowogard prison) accused of having fired a shotgun twice at a French prisoner in his field in the summer of 1943 in Ustronie Morskie, as a result of which the prisoner died in the hospital

Gustav Lüpke (10.06.1905 in Czewojowa) sentenced to death 04.03.1947 in Gniezno (executed 08.10.1947 in Trzemeszno) he became infamous during the war as a fierce persecutor of Polish nationals. Among many deeds, Lüpke threatened an Adam Plocinski and his family that he shoot them all. He beat them with a rifle butt and took active part in chasing Polish nationals from their households to the Generalgouvernement. He also took part in arrests of Polish nationals accused of fighting the Germans. He escorted them, insulting and beating them. He was accused of denouncing to the German Police Jan Podwysocki, Józef Łukomski and Kazimierz Żalinski under the accusation that they shot at German troops

Wilhelm Maier (02.09.1906 in Nowy Barkoczyn) sentenced to death 16.08.1946 in Gdansk (executed 28.09.1946 in Starogard Gd.) accused of the fact that in the period from September 1939 to September 1940 in Nowy Lubieszynek took part in the expropriation and arrest of Poles, guilty of murdering and tormenting civilians and prisoners

Hermann Mendel (19.06.1908 in Grabie) sentenced to death 07.08.1946 in Torun (executed 28.10.1946 in Grudziadz) sentenced to death for belonging to Selbstschutz and SA and participation in the shooting of civilians during the Nazi occupation

Bruno Meyer (25.10.1906 in Hohensalza) sentenced to death 14.02.1946 in Gdansk (executed 19.03.1946 in Wejherowo) accused of the fact that in the years 1939-1945 in the village of Bukowina, (Lębork) was the political manager of the local branch of the NSDAP, he caused the capture and deportation of Poles to concentration camps by the Gestapo, beatings and threats to send them to a concentration camp Stutthof forced Poles to be entered on the German national list, and also beat and abused Poles for using their native language, one of which The Pole died as a result of his abuse

Walter Müller (07.02.1907 in Gluchowek) sentenced to death 11.03.1947 in Ostrow Wielkopolski (executed 22.04.1947 in Ostrow Wielkopolski) in September of 1939, Walter Müller serving as an accessory to German police, shot and killed a student from the city of Gostyn. Also he participated in executions of Poles

Karl Prenzlow (14.09.1901 in Stettin) sentenced to death 14.04.1947 in Koszalin (commuted to life imprisonment 28.10.1947, reduced to 12 years imprisonment 18.01.1954, released 26.04.1955) accused of the fact that in the period from 1940 to 1945 in Szczecin, acting in the hands of the German occupation authorities, he was a member of the NSDAP as a "blockleiter" and that in January 1945 he participated in the murder of a Pole and a Ukrainian

Friedrich Pruss (10.08.1900 in Altkirchen) sentenced to death 03.07.1948 in Lomza (released 1957) while acting as the deputy commander of the German military police station in the town of Łapy, poviat Wysokie Mazowieckie: in April 1943, he arrested and shot Maksimczuk Henryk; in April 1942 arrested and shot Tarasiuk Stanisław; on On September 28, 1942, he took part in the murder of two Poles of an unknown name; in September 1942, Domasiewicz Józef arrested him and sent him to the penal camp in Knyszyn; in June 1943, he arrested Łapiński Władysław and Łapiński Kazimierz, and then sent Łapiński Kazimierz to a penal camp in Germany, where he died; in September 1943, Mieczysław was shot by Pieńkowski; he took property of the Polish population and beat Poles

Wilhelm Zerbst (28.06.1904 in Jaroszewie) sentenced to death 08.01.1946 in Znin (died 08.04.1949 in prison) denunciation of Poles to the Gestapo during the Nazi occupation

Walter Reich (31.03.1901 in Pommersdorf) sentenced to death 25.10.1946 in Gdansk (executed 06.12.1946 in Gdansk) accused of the fact that in the period from June 1941 to May 1944, as the commander of the workers employed in the sugar factory in Szczecin, he beat them, insulted their national dignity, denounced them to the Gestapo, and as a result they were placed in a penal camp in Police, limited meals for them, imposed financial penalties on workers, appropriated the money, forbade them to leave their accommodation during non-working hours; in the period from May 1944 to March 1945 in Łowicz, Skierniewice and other localities, as a representative of the plenipotentiary for forced labor, he collected transports of workers to Germany through labour offices and conducted these transports personally, including took the inhabitants of Warsaw to Germany after the Warsaw Uprising; in the period from September 1939 to May 1945 in Szczecin, he was a member of the NSDAP organization whose purpose was to murder and persecute people from among the Polish population and to mistreat them

Maximilian Zillenbiller (16.06.1910 in Börwang) sentenced to death 17.08.1949 in Zamosc (commuted to 8 years imprisonment, released 21.04.1955) participated in the actions against Polish civilians and partisans nearby Bondysze and Susiec, the County of Zamość , which resulted in the killing of unknown number of Jews, who were sent to camps then and participation in the mass murder of Jewish civilians and expropriating their property.
