Prospects of a Soviet German peace late war

I been reading about Soviet German peace feelers and it seems both sides sent peace feelers. As late as September 1944, the Soviets still had peace feelers with Germany. Can anyone elaborate on that? What were the Soviet German peace feelers post Kursk?
