Hi Sturm, the 152/40 gun has been updated several times (enlarge the drawing, bottom left) and remained in use until the end of WW2.

Hi Sturm, the gun in your photo is a 152/50 A 1918, from the "Ronca Battery" on the "Isola del Tino" in La Spezia. The photo was taken during the German occupation. I am attaching three photos of the same battery, all taken from the site of the "Istituto Luce" (an institution of the Italian State, which dealt with cinema and photography). Best regards, Shultz
