this message is the first' that I put in your community, that I thank for its reception.


I am looking for a database that would list the losses of aerial reconnaissance units for the year 1942.

All in particular, the 3 (F) ./ 123 Lannion

Here is the complete data base for Luftwaffe losses, 1 September 1939 to 31 December 1943 and the first 3 months of 1945:

BA-MA Freiburg: RL 2 III Meldungen über Flugzeugunfälle…..(Loss Reports – LRs)

3.(F)/123 had 16 losses of all types during 1942 and you will find these detailed in the data base.

reconnaissance units are often unrecognized, and it is rather difficult to find his way in their history.
