According to Marten (bogo), and then Andrey, the SS-Stubaf. is Walter Neumann. No idea whether the identification was correct or not.

it is interesting that he wears an ex-SS tunic. Is that the 20 Jul 44 Wound badge he is wearing ?

Yes, you're right both about the uniform being of the SS (with insignia removed) and the wound badge type (in black; he was awarded all three 20 July versions). He also wears his Flotten-Kriegsabzeichen next to it.
