the PLM holder is Georg von Oven, commanding IR 24. I believe the general officer immediately to his right is Generalleutnant Richard Herhudt von Rohden, commanding 6. Division.

Could the man on his left be later General der Kavallerie Manfred Karl Ernst Freiherr von Richthofen, who was Flügeladjutant of S.M. in 1903? It is not Plettenberg or von Jacobi.
