Can anyone identify what I think is a Polizei general in the center of the photo?
No date and place.
From my photo album.
Thanks for the replies.

He is most likely a Zollfinazrat/Zollamitmann= Major.

This picture was mentioned on this thread back in June 2016 but apparently the SS-Standartenführer of SD was not identified, can any of the forum recognition experts review this picture please.
I am not trying to ID the Luftwaffe airmen but have left the picture complete for context.
Thank you

He kinda looks like Wilhelm Albert, if it is him. Judge it yourself:

I see the similarity but Albert was SS-Brigadeführer in 1939 and this photo is a couple of years later because Otto Weiß was awarded the Oakleaved on 31 Dec 1941 if I am correct.

Does anyone recognize this SS-Oberführer from photo taken from a 1939 issue of "Freude und Arbeit"?

I am wondering if anyone can identify this SS-Hauptscharführer?
Not very senior ranked, but he may be related to Einsatzkommando 9 which may narrow things down.

Pictured here in the company of Polizei and SD.

I believe that man is SS, he does not have a SD raute. These numbers here may make it clearer.

I had originally thought it could be a BKA but it could be too small. Here is a comparison to show the size relative to the pocket. Maybe an SS Proficiency Sports Badge ?
