Re: Officers with Rommel
I believe this is Rommel's adjutant at right (and Claus von dem Borne in the middle). What is his name? The pic was taken in February 1941.

Re: Officers with Rommel
Bundesarchiv identify this person as Oberleutnant Diekmann, Rommel's aide in North Africa. Strange I couldn't found his name in the books about Rommel, or in this forum. Is this a typo or wrong ID?
BTW, this is not also Hellmut von Lepizig viewtopic.php?t=199405

Re: Officers with Rommel
Hello everyone,
Looking for dates and occasions for these two images of Rommel and Hitler. The first one I assume is during the Polish Campaign.
Thanks and season's greetings,
Dave

Rommel with the officers of 21. Panzer-Division. Any IDs? (except for the Divisionskommandeur Feuchtinger)
Re: Officers with Rommel
Back to this post, I'm wondering whether 'Seibold' is actually Alfred Seebohm?AlifRafikKhan wrote: ↑10 Dec 2018, 12:01Hi, does anyone knows the first name of Loh, Seibold and Deichbaum?Rommel and a group of his officers, France, 1940. This photograph was taken with Rommel’s own camera. First row, left to right: 2nd Lieutenant Loh, 1st Lieutenant Seibold, Rommel, Lieutenant Colonel Sieckenius. Second row, left to right: Lieutenant Deichbaum and Lieutenant Karl Hanke. Siebold was a communications expert. Rommel arranged for him to be transferred to North Africa, where he did a brilliant job as commander of Rommel’s Wireless Intercept Service. He was promoted to captain before he was killed in action in the 1st Battle of El Alamein.
