Hello Peter

If you look the original drawing in this Topic the steel thread were poured in the concrete block and were fastened by nuts.
Maybe the wood was used to make a opening for the steel threads that could be poured with concrete on a later moment ???

Hi Jos,

Thanks for your quick reply! I noticed the drawing but assumed the steel threads would be placed during the poring of the bunker itself. But perhaps It could be done more precise later in smaller holes, temporary filled with wood. Sounds plausible.
