All I know is that it’s German. Possibly Luftwaffe

It's the Sd.Ah. 104 trolley, so most probably a Flak unit (the trailer was used mainly for auxiliary equipment like searchlights, listening devices, power generators, fire directors etc.).

Thank you for the info. Do you know a good resource that I can use to help find what unit it belonged to?

Just a more complete list of equipment using the Sd.Ah. 104 trailer:
- 3,7 cm Flak 18 gun;
- 150 cm Flak-Sw. 34, 150 cm Flak-Sw. 37 searchlights;
- Kdo.Ger. 36 fire director (used in 8,8 cm and 10,5 cm Flak batteries);
- Masch.Satz. 110V 24kW 33, Masch.Satz. 110V 24kW 37, Masch.Satz. 260V 26kW 38, Masch.Satz. 220/360V 34kW 39, Masch.Satz. 220/360V 60kW power generators (used for searchlights and 10,5 cm and 12,8 cm Flak guns);
- RRH listening device;
- FuMG 63 Würzburg radar;
- Barrage balloon winch;
- Cabin of muzzle velocity measuring device.

After a bit of research, I can't find anything.
