Can anyone identify this item?
Hi, does anyone know what this is? photos were taken near a German position in Finnmark in northern Norway. It looks like it may have had some sort of crank fitted.

Hi bje70,
since you are writing from Norway and the object was obviously shot through, and did not explode, please do NOT bring the artifact into your home, as exciting as it may be...
I don't quite understand why such photos are still possible here in the forum ?
You can only shake your head, how stupid can you be...
Quick answer: An old pressure cooker..?

As it’s not a dogtag posting it here for information on the object in question is ok in my opinion. And I don’t think it’s a pressure cooker.
