Hi Mike,
I don't want to start a bidding war, but as I'm not buying it, what the hell! The photo is on ebay.de. Search for Obergruppenführer. As to the cap, I agree it looks rather odd. But who's going to question a man of such high rank :)

I couldn't say, Michal, but I think the Heer officer is Dietrich von Choltitz.

Is that the "Stoßtrupp Adolf Hitler 1923" cuff title on the Oberf.?

...and Dietrich von Choltitz was from Oberschlesien, right? The Gauhauptstellenleiter looks like Horst Burkhardt, Fritz Bracht's Adjutant.

No 1 is Oberbefehlsleiter Paul Ruoff
No 2 is Hauptdienstleiter Robert Bauer of Ordenburgen Sonthofen -- note the Ordensburgen shoulder boards on his overcoat !
No 3 is Hauptbefehlsleiter Hans Saupert.
