He is not a PLM holder. It is a Johanniter Rechtsritter-Orden. I should think the then Generalleutnant Kurt Freiherr von Gienanth.

Does anyone recognize this man? Photo was taken at an reunion of 7. westfäl. Dragonerregiment in 1935. He is sitting in the middle so maybe a former commander?
