Only know that this picture was taken on 11 February 1941 during the visit of Generalfeldmarschall Walther von Brauchitsch to Panzer Abteilung 301.

Looks very much like Gen.Maj. Karl Zukertort

Maybe GM. Haarde ? In febr. 41 he was Kdr. d. 8.Pz.Brig. to which the Pz.Abt.301 was attached

and Zukertort was Ltr.d.Dienstelle d.HWA in Paris in 1941.
