...and Dietrich von Choltitz was from Oberschlesien, right? The Gauhauptstellenleiter looks like Horst Burkhardt, Fritz Bracht's Adjutant.

No 2 is Hauptdienstleiter Robert Bauer of Ordenburgen Sonthofen -- note the Ordensburgen shoulder boards on his overcoat !
No 3 is Hauptbefehlsleiter Hans Saupert.
