The Führer urgently had to resign, but held back in view of Jesse Owens' victory, because of Aryan superiority..!

Well, too bad it's just another urban legend:

One may smile about Hitler today, nobody laughed back then, the handicapped were left to starve, millions of soldiers were burned to death, Jews and gypsies were tortured to death, and their bones were ground in mills to fertilize the fields.
Wherever you go here in Germany, there is murder and death underground, in every village, in every town, everywhere...

Every step is a step over dead, without exception, for the next thousand years, a German debt.

And anyone who still denies that, grew up in a different country.
Dig a meter deep, anywhere, and your past will catch up with you, relentlessly.

You grow up with it, it's "normal", but in some moments you put your head down, like a bad dream that never ends...

Yes, but it would be nice to know what was going over there with all that rocking.

I'd be interested to know if this was an isolated instance of such a physical behavior by him or if there were others that may have been caught on film or otherwise documented. It's interesting because it seems quite early with regard to his health issues and decline.

I found more of this behavior, from most likely a contemporary German newsreel, just a second or two but explaining what's going on.
They were removed from the youtube video to portray Hitler as crazy or on speed. And because there is no sound, the scene really looks weird.

The video above shows Hitler intensely watching an athletic competition involving Germans (men's javelin throw?).
The next clip (from the newsreel) shows him watching, rocking in his chair, and cheering for the Germans. It looks somewhat natural.
The next clip shows him rocking slowly and broadly smiling because, obviously, a German won.
He salutes and meets the German athletes (or the winners?) to congratulate them.
Generally, maybe his behavior is unusual but really nothing wrong with it. Göring and Goebbels look more out of place and sometimes like idiots.

The additional footage is here at 1:43.

Who is the general on AH's right? von Blomberg ?
That might help in establishing the exact date of the event.

Eg. August von Mackensen joined AH on the August 9th (Sunday) for the 4x100 women's relay finals.

So we have a disappointed Hitler too.

These folks were the "rocking" finals winners:

No fake. Hitler have very painly stomach spasms (surely from nervous origin) in that summer, as documented in Th. Morell papers.

Although (according to Irving), Morell met Hitler for the first time on Christmas Day 1936?
Hitler was plagued by recurring stomach cramps, but in the videos, he was able to smile and talk to the athletes without any sign of distress.

People often have such physical reactions when intensely engrossed or excited. You should see my son when a movie gets to an exciting part.

Perhaps AH was shuckling.

People make fun of Hitler these days (+ Mackensen...)

Back then, the old soldier was just a showcase symbol, that no one took seriously anymore in his Prussian "Totenkopf" outfit.

A senile old man, who had long outlived himself and his time, what a sad demonstration.

August von Mackensen https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/August_von_Mackensen

Old "Prussian Glory" and Swastikas, just pathetic.

Far be it from me personally to amuse myself with Hitler, however what this megalomaniac has started, there are no words for it all, not even in a 1000 years.

At the 1936 Berlin Olympics, an American woman "had the nerve" to kiss Hitler, causing a series of bodyguards of the Nazi boss to be fired or demoted because they could not stop her. Flappy Bird
