I stand by my opinion. I could show you quite a few pictures of this meeting with HEINRICI, KAMECKE y FIEBIG where I don´t see the general which picture I posted.
Do it, please.

I´ve got in my files about 30 pictures about GenLt Hans KAMECKE and I don´t think it would be right to post all of them. There some showing the meeting you mention; but in all of them, same as the one you posted, KAMECKE is IN PROFILE.
I´m attached two with Gen.d.Inf KORTZFLEISCH that show KAMECKE full face.
And making the story short, I maintain that the general that I originally posted is NOT KAMECKE.
Cheers.

Going rhrough old files I came across this picture of Rommel´s funeral with the generals FISCHER von WEIKERSTAHL (1), KONRAD (3) and ALLMENDINGER (4) but I went black and could not identify general #2. WHO IS IT?
Other photos this general...wearing Silesian Eagle
Rommel-funeral (1)yttgbvgf.jpg
So? Who is him?
I do not know, maybe
Franz Mattenklott???
NO, I think it´s not MATTENKLOTT. He did not get the Eichenlaub for the RK and the general in the picture wears it.

Who is the General at right?
I remember you posted this same picture some time ago. The two generals were identified as Gen.d.Inf.Erwin OSSWALD and Gen.Maj. Helmut BESCH.
The caption read that the picture was taken at the Heuberg Truppenübungsplatz where BESCH was its commander.
So, if the caption was right and the second general looks much alike BESCH, IMHO it is GenMaj.Helmut BESCH.
Cheers.

Hello Miocid
Maybe I am wrong but in the photo above the identified Besch seems to have the Dt. Kreuz i. Gold. If so, it can´t be Besch as Besch was not awarded with it. Besides the identified Besch above looks much older than the Besch in his original photo as General, and finally the original Besch is completely bald whilst the one above seems to have very short white hair.
Obviously I don´t discard the possibility that the one above is Besch, but............Your opinion ?

Your point about the DKiG is a good one; but if he is not BESCH , who is him?
I still think that he looks alike BESCH.
