Hitler Youth Trainer

Post by Edward L. Hsiao » 17 Jul 2004 06:08

Dear Sir,

I think this Hitler Youth trainer is Gerhard Hein who won the Knight's Cross with Oak Leaves when he was an Heer officer. I seen that picture somewhere in a book called "Hitler Youth and the Waffen-SS".

Sincerely,

Edward :)

This was identified as GenMj J. Müller, RKT as well as having served in the post war Bundeswehr. I don't seem to be able to find such a person. Does anyone have any clue as to who he was?

Cheers

Hi Freiherr!

I saw the pic advertised too - what a load of rubbish - the RKT is Generaloberst Hans von Salmuth! Yet another case of the seller not knowing what he's talking about! :x

Best regards, :D

Regarding the 5 persons posting just before a Wagnerian opera, second from right is not Sandner. In fact, it was Fwb Josef Ehinger, GbJgRgt 100/ 5 GB Div. Hair was unmistakable! And incidentally, he could also be at Dietl's funeral.

Middle was Mj Herbert Ferdinand Anton Hodurek, GbJgRgt 144/3 GB Div.

Second from left looks a little like Karl Kurz, not sure.

Cheers

Dear Freiherr,

until 1990 you will find only
Generalmajor (two stars) Johannes Müller,

in the Bundeswehr.
His decoration:
"only" Großes Bundesverdienstkreuz der Bundesrepublik Deutschland

The other GM Müller is
Christian Müller, * 06.10.04 Leipzig

I think the officer in the centre (supposed Dietrich) is Georg Bochmann.

This pic was posted by Helly Angel in one of his "im Bild" threads, anyone knows who he is?
