The RKT from Bake's post was Hptm Fritz Rudolf Schultz, Kmdr I/PzRgt 35/4 Pz......21.04.44......that would make the general on the right von Saucken.... OK it is not that "von Saucken looking. But I don't think it was Kleemann either.

No this is part of a series of quite well know pictures. It was the award ceremony of the RK to Röger and to von Base of GD. Lorenz made the award. The officer in your pic was not Lorenz as Lorenz was a much bigger guy than Röger. Unofrtunately, the other pics I have only had this guy's back so i have no idea who he was.
