Yes you got it Jos, it's for barrel cleaning of the 2 cm Flak 30 and 38.

I think it is piece of concrete used for the protection of flak bettung. I saw such things in St Malo area few years ago : such concrete "roll" were arround the bettung wall.

Hi Sebastian

You are right it are blocks for a Luftwaffe flakbettung and bunker
such as a L 401a , in the lower position , as on the photo , the gun
could fire at a lower angle and when the blocks were in a higher position
secure with metal hooks , they give a beter protection for the gun crew.
