I don't know, there's too little showing to be certain. Meanwhile here is another RKT General from e-bay. Anyone any ideas?

He was also Generalmajor (2 stars) of the Bundeswehr (promotion 01.10.1960) and received the Großes Verdienstkreuz des Verdienstordens der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
