In 1944 ( date ?? ) transfered to Panzertruppenschule .

In March/April 1945 Kdr. of "Panzerjadverband Kurfürst" as part of the "Panzerjagdbrigade Rode" , formed of personal of the Panzertruppenschule .

In the Bundeswehr he was Schulkommandeur at the Panzertruppenschule in Munster ( back to the roots , eh ) .
