Totenkopf RK-trägers of Demjansk

Hi!

Does anybody know how many RK´s that was awarded to soldiers of the Totenkopf division because of their fighting in the Demjansk pocket? Could anybody also provide me with a list of names from the soldiers that where awarded the RK for their actions in the demjansk pocket?

Did Eicke die in the Demjansk pocket? I always belived he died later on.

No, He was killed near Orel in 1943 when Totenkopf division joined the counterattack to Kharkov.

In the timeframe from January to October 1942, when division was fighting in the Demyansk pocket, the following soldiers were awarded with the KC and Oak Leaves:
