Here is a Gallipoli Gun exibited in the Gallipoli Open Air National Museum. The shooter is a virtualtourist member Simon who visited battlefields of Gallipoli

According to Artillary Staff Col. Kenan Kocaturk "Bir Subayin Anilari" (Memories of an Officer, 1909-1999) the artillary cadets trained at artillary war school at Metris/Istanbul :
with 7,5 Krupp guns in 1928-30's.
After he graduated artillary war school he was appointed to 6th Battary of the 7th Artillary Regiment of the 7th Div. The battary had 1930 model 7,5/42 Armstrong Wickers AA flaks.

President Mustafa Kemal Atatürk inspecting the artillary in Adana May 24th 1938 just a few months before his dead. At that time there was a Hatay crisciss between Turkey and France. Adana was tge border province.

The only reference I can find is that the Austrians supplied the XV Corps in Galicia with "8 mine throwers".

According to Osprey´s Austro-Hungarian Forces in WW1 (2) 1916-18 by Peter Jung among the principal Austro-Hungarian units on Turkish fronts was the k.u.k. Instruktionsdetachement für Gebirgsartillerie that also trained Turks in the use of trench mortars (p 38).

So perhaps some mortars were sent by Austria-Hungary for Ottoman units to be used in Turkish fronts?
