These pictures have taken from "War Magazine" which was the famous Ottoman publication of the Great War period... As a monthly that could be found rarely today, War Magazine was military propaganda magazine published by Ministry of War of the era, from November 1915-June 1918.

Some important pages of Harb Mecmuasi was printed in one volume in new Turkish letters in 2005 by Dr. Ali Fuat Bilkan and Omer Cakir. The original Harb Mecmuasi was printed on white paper during the war. The 2005 issue have so called hay-paper (yellow) pages.
The image is the issue of 2005.

A photo of my late Grand Father Hodja Ismail Efendi in Harb Mecmuasi among other mythies.
