Well, this might just be the largest 1/6th scale model ever. A member of the Kampfgruppe von Abt team who is well known to some of you, Peter Shaw, has scratch built a sixth scale model of the German WW2 Dora rail gun. A little over 35' in length, it is a magnificent model. Click here to view Peter's dairy and photo set on http://www.vonabt.co.uk.

What a monster! Incredible work... For those not familiar with the scale, the figure standing by the top railing is 30 cm/12 " high.

It is big. Here's a picture of the builder, Peter, standing alongside the gun.
