Sept. 1943-June 1944, SS-Of. Feil was SS- und Polizeikommandeur für die Provinz Friaul (Friuli). About 38 years old; from the Tyrol; married; 1.76m tall; robust build; regular features; dark complexion; black hair shot with grey; speaks fluent Italian.

May-Sept. 1944, SS-Of. Hans von Feil (sic) was SS- und Polizeikommandeur Udine
