My guess is this is an experimental vehicle, probably the SdKfz 250 predecessor (although the armoured body looks more like reversed 251 8O ). I'm also puzzled by those bonnet sides. :?

I think this vehicle carries the emblem of a Sturmgeschütz-Schule located in Jüterbog(?). I don't know it's proper designation. This unit seemed to have a variety of interesting things including a mild steel StuG III prototype [first image].

Great image. There is no unit marking from what I see. The registration plate is also different.
