Aleks, I don't think that it is very easy to tell Italians and Hungarians in their tankers' leather coats and helmets apart. Compare the MG's on this one with the marked Hungarian vehicle a few posts above and I think you'll see the different type of guns which make me think this last pic is Italian as the Hungarians definitely used different guns in a different mounting.

For hungarian use, a new gunshield was developed for Gebauer twin machine guns.
