Thank you, Gregg. I thought it might be v. Greiffenberg. But, I couldn't make a connection between him and v. Weichs at the end of July 1942. It appears that the photo was actually from the beginning of July 1942 when v. Weichs was still OB AOK 2 and v. Greiffenberg was Chef Hgr. Süd.
