Dietrich is wearing 1st pattern SS-Obergruppenführer collar insignia which was replaced in Spring 1942 (possibly February 1942).

I take it you are referring to the photos of Kaul and adjutant, as the Dietrich photo is pre-Spring '42?
Yes, Max. I am refering to the Kaul photo, because Xolotl who posted this image, wrote years 1935-36.

That photo shows a Heer (German Army) Panzer NCO, not Waffen-SS

Ok thanks but I taught the insigna with skulls was the Waffen SS ones...
But u don't know who's that?

Hi, does anybody know who are the people in this picture, besides Heydrich and Arthur Nebe? I think this is a meeting related to IKPK, and some sources say Walter Schellenberg is the one on the right, but I don't think so. Who is he?

It is not Schellenberg. Maybe interpreter.

It's taken at the Kripo HQ in Werderschermarkt, Berlin, during a visit by Spanish police officials. The man on the right is the German-Spanish interpreter.
