What was the sentence of:

Erich Otto Vogler German police officer
Walter Sauheitl German policeman in Grodzisk, Gostyn, Oborniki
Emil Brandt 22.11.1902 member Selbstschutz + SA Trial 19.02.1947 in Piotrkowie Trybunalskim
Arthur Lipiński 01.05.1916 railway guard in Piotrków Trybunalski
Jozef Freyer 17.03.1907 (head of the Sokółka penal camp from 1942 to July 1944) released 23.09.1974 from prison in Bialystok
Paul Reissmann 16.08.1903 policeman in Bialystok (1939-1945)

I am a little bit confused:

Johann Franke
20.06.1899 in Pogorzewo (district Srem)
supervisor of workers at company Holzmann in Poznan
sentenced to death 29.04.1946 in Poznan (Srem)
executed 01.06.1946 in Srem
source: IPN in Warsaw

and

Johan Franke German official in Tarnow
sentenced to death 14.09.1945
…Johan Franke, a former German official in Tarnow during the Nazi occupation, was sentenced to death today by a special court there, after being found guilty of ordering the execution of Jews. …
