Manure wagon. Used to store, and then spread liquid manure on fields.

Re: ► Photothread: German horse-drawn wagons
Hi Sturm 78,
thank You very much for posting this very interesting pic. You are right, it is a German mast wagon, but not radio, but telescope for observing the combat or battle from a cover postition. It had the designation "Mastfernrohrwagen". The mast had a height of 25 meters. During WW I it was replaced by captive balloons and observation flights. Here a pic of such a wagon (source of the information and pic: "Bespannte Fahrzeuge des deutschen Heeres" by Wolfgang Fleischer).
Best regards
Bert

Hi,
here a pic with two field wagons Hf. 3 on the Northern front, made by the photographer Umbach of a propaganda company.
Here the text to the pic:
At the Murman front, a few kilometers away from the Arctic, there is already a thick blanket of snow and the temperature is fallen under the freezing point.
Regards
Bert

Re: ► Photothread: German horse-drawn wagons
Hi Sturm 78,
sorry for my late answer, but I have a lot to do now.
first pic: it must be a Nachrichtenfahrzeug (Nf.), but I cannot ID the exact type.
second pic: two different vehicles: on the left a Nf. 4 (kleiner Funkwagen) with three men on the caisson, the others Nf. 2 (leichter Fernsprechwagen) or Nf. 7 (Infanteri-Nachrichtenwagen). It is a pity, I cannot decipher the numbers and letters on the vehicles. So I don´t know, if the vehicles belong to an artillery or another unit.
Best regards

Hi Sturm 78,
excuse me, please, I totally forgot to answer to Your question. I think You are right, that it is a Af. 4 (Feldhaubitz-Munitionswagen 98). Here another pic of this vehicle with a light field howitzer 18.
I´m sorry, but I cannot ID the wagon on Your last pic You posted. I have already seen such a vehicle, but I forgot in which army it was used.
Best regards
