Thank you. I'm sure you've meant Order of the Star, but how can you tell the grade, if it's not a secret... And do you have any clue about GdA Erwin Engelbrecht on the previous page?

Yes, Star, not Crown.
The grade? Commander was awarded to Colonel and Locotenent-colonel (oberst and oberstleutnant). Grand Officer, to General de brigadă and General-maior (generalmajor and generalleutnant). Andreas was awarded between 1942 and 1943, in those years he was no longer an oberst.

Thanks, I was thinking about Bulg. order too, but its shape of the cross seems to me more like Alexanders Order but the colors... It is 1939 photo, he's wearing his RK on the later photos. And his ribbon bar didn't help me much cause it looks the same. download/file.php?id=50954
So I was hoping there's another foreign award with this massive crown with this shape I can't remember of.

What do you think is the shiny (it is under direct sunlight) badge (4) on GdA Friedrich von Cochenhausen ?
1 is Bulg. Tapferkeitsorden 4/1
2 is Ung. Verdienstorden, Kommandeur mit Stern,
3 Türk. Halbmond
4 Could it be KVK m. Schwertern?
The picture was taken in the summer of 1941.

Again me, what's the badge above GdI Walter Hoernlein's EK I? It is quite similar to Goldenes HJ Ehrenzeichen but it doesn't seem like it to me...

But that's what it is: The Goldenes Hitler-Jugend-Ehrenzeichen, i.e. the golden HJ Honor Badge with an oak leaves border.

Hi, what is the WW1 flying medal of Generalmajor Otto Zech, Königlichen Preußischen Flugzeugführerabzeichen or Königreich Bayern Flugzeugführerabzeichen?
Re: Unidentified Medals, Decorations, Badges in wear
It's the Prussian one.

Hi. I'd like to know if anyone has a slightest idea what the last but one medal of Korvettenkapitän Georg Christiansen could be?
The rest I'm guessing as follows: EK II 1939, Wehrmacht-Dienstauszeichnung IV. Klasse, Sudeten Medaille, ... , Medaille zur Erinnerung an den Kreuzzug gegen den Kommunismus. Thank you.

Re: Unidentified Medals, Decorations, Badges in wear
I know this question is in reverse order to the intent of this thread but I don't know of a better avenue to find an answer to this mystery:
Does anyone know of any decoration that has mounting hardware that would correlate to the loops shown in this image?
These loops are positioned below the left breast pocket on a Luftwaffe officer tunic. There is no evidence of any other loop having been in place above or below these. It almost seems as it would be for a decoration with hooks instead of a pin and catch, but if so I don't understand how it would be positively secured from falling off.

Nice picture of the Kriegsmarine officer Hans von Davidson with all his decorations on page 37 of this subject called "Identify Decoration in Wear".
