Unidentified Medals, Decorations, Badges in wear

These loops are positioned below the left breast pocket on a Luftwaffe officer tunic

On right breast of Luftwaffe tunics were displayed usually two decorations, the Spanienkreuz and the German Cross.

Some Spanish decorations received by the Luftwaffe, had three hooks, and were worn on the left breast.

Yes, I am familiar with the Spanish War Cross but have ruled it out due to there being only three loops present (in a triangular pattern) at this position as shown in my picture. There is no evidence of a central upper loop having ever been attached, which would be necessary for the main pin of the Spanish War Cross.

The configuration of these loops is perplexing to say the least. Additionally, I cannot conceive them having been collector added since it is not apparent what award it might accommodate.

I'd certainly appreciate any ideas that anyone can present.
